Staff is not very open about rules & regs. Our particular house only had a small parking pad to accommodate the two golf carts. Parking fees are ridiculous since there really is no parking. The amenities such as the pool were not open on a regular basis. Mostly trailers or mobile homes that are from the outside not kept up very well. The actual property of Venture Out leaves a lot to be desired. The house we rented was 316 Lagoon Ln house was clean & furnished nicely.
